I am looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who would promote and convert a story board to Motion Graphic video of approx 2-3 minutes.
The designer should have previous experience in PPH with minimum number of completed projects and a review of no less than 95%.
The project is about a road-map explanatory of an Educational Development program for public employees which consists of 8 months learning program followed by 1 month Internship followed by Vocational certification program.
This one year program needs to be presented in a motion Graphic Video 2-3 minutes, however the design has to be very professional and use of Arabic Characters is mandatory but the language has to be in English.
A British voice over will be provided.
