Menu Design

I need 3 optional design routes produced for a menu. The menu is for a cool little bar and will need to be well designed. The work must be built in illustrator to allow for further amends at my side. I have the content and the preferred style route to try to match quite close to. The work is urgent and drafts must get supplied back today. The menu is A3 when Flat but folding to a 6pp size. I am looking for a well laid out piece of work the creative aspect is pretty much covered by the example that will be provided. All files will be supplied on approval of proposal. All work carried out must be done so on a confidential basis, so the work finalised can't be used for personal promotion where it can be accessed publicly.
