Making a TCG with goal of kickstarter. need card design work & card art

Design details: I have designed a TCG (Trading card game) and it is more or less complete ready for kickstarter.
what the game now currently needs is the cosmetic side of it done.

i have given the game a design already but my art skills are lacking to say the least what i require first and foremost
is someone to provide a Photoshop file design with the layers separate so art work, card names and effects etc van be added in later. this will be used for the base of every card in the game (a few different cards but as mentioned overall design is done it just needs skilled reworking)

secondly the game has a name but no logo (for example look up magic the gathering cards or yugioh etc) the logo that goes on the back of every card.

as this is a planned kick-starter project i cant offer a large amount of money for the work but please feel free to contact me if you feel this is something you would be interested in and hopefully we can work something out.
