Magazine layout, logo and website

New local mum & baby magazine needs design work. We'd like to engage one person that can provide the whole service for consistency of design and branding across logo/mag/website.
Magazine - A5 publication aprox 16pages initially. The majority to be directory layout which we will add content to. Other pages to be confirmed e.g. intro page, days out). Layout to be designed so that we can edit the magazine ourselves for each issue. Quote to include an ongoing fee for artwork for advertisers if required as a service to those that require ads to be designed for them.
Website - approx 5 page site to include homepage (space for adverts), how to advertise, electronic version of the magazine to read. Site to include links to social media and option to purchase mag subscription at fixed fee (with link to paypal account).
