Lotería Card Deck

I am looking for an illustrator and graphic designer to work with to produce a deck of loteria cards and potentially UI designs for an online game.

I would like to work on a small project first for just 3 cards to get your input, see some concepts and decide on a direction. The cards should be in your own style but should be recognisable as the loteria card they represent and should read well.

After this, I would then like to work on a bigger project for the whole deck of 54 cards. Once this is done, there is also the potential for design work on the game screens too.
