Looking for options for a project

I'm looking for a children's book illustrator who would be interested in creating a big 'Where's Wally' style image for us. I can provide a list of things we want included and the theme. At the moment i'm interested in seeing if anyone has done something similar in the past, how long you think it would take and quotes for the entire project. FYI we don't have a set budget in mind.

I would like this to be digital and have the option to blow the image up/make it smaller as appropriate for our marketing requirements. I would also be looking to revisit the same artwork in future to make amends as our brand grows.
