Looking for a professional to create an infographic on menopause.

Design details: We are looking for a designer to create an infographic focused on menopause. Rather than focusing on basics of menopause, this theme will be "Menopause: Know Your Numbers." It will discuss patient advocacy around menopause: what to discuss with your doctor at appointments, what to research, how to ask tough questions, etc. It will also discuss important numbers women should know around their health, specifically around the time of menopause. Ex: vitamin D levels, heart rate, cholesterol levels, weight, etc.

Design it at 1280 wide by whatever height, but please render as both 1280 and 960 for final output.
Target audience: Demographic: Women. Ages 40-60.
Ideas for the visual style: Since part of the focus is patient advocacy, this should be empowering. The infographic includes different numbers menopausal women should know. Would be good to include an icon for each number/test described.
