Logo with a possible website needing artwork

We are an education recruitment company. We are a start business up with online marketing plans for the coming 18 months. We will also need artwork for flyers, stationary etc. this all must be vector & of high quality, different formats. the usual stuff.

I have just re-branded and I am looking for an exciting clean sharp logo. Modern & fresh, not like the boring corporate styles you see in the industry.I have idea of what I want.

Basically:

-simple clean font, something that remind you of education like a nice version of black Arial round only less boring. Kinda alphabet poster stlye.
-a sketch of a bee. the sketch needs to be relsitic like child's education book style. I am not interested in cheesy cartoons, a sense a relism to it. this will be buzzing round word in logo
-Separate sketch of bee made for FB profile pic etc. Again a relsitic looking Bee as its a company symbol for back of business cards, desk pads etc

If I find an artist that does a good job I am happy to give them the website and ongoing work to play with.
