Logo/Banner for my website and to be used for business card

Hi all,

Simply looking for a designer to create me a high res banner/logo for my new website i'm planning to launch: tailoredwebsites.

It is a website design business so am looking for banner/logo to resemble this theme and be sleek and modern and have tailored websites in big somewhere on it.

Colour wise I'd like a light silver/grey main background to it to blend it with other colours I will have on the page, note website isn't up yet so can't show you it.

Ideas: I was thinking/would like a business man or woman to to the left of right and then the text tailored websites. If you can think of a slogan to go with it then feel free to put it in or ask me and this would be even better! Please don't feel this should restrict you in your design, be creative an I look forward to seeing the results.

Any previous work related to this is a bonus! but not a must.
