Design details: Map of France.

Divide the different regions of France in different colors. France has 24 regions. (example: http://www.easel.ly/create/?id=https://s3.amazonaws.com/easel.ly/all_themes/vhemes/usa/&key=pub) and have the different parts in different colors same as the different states of the USA on the example map. In terms of colors similar ones to the example map would be good just a mix of pastel and brighter colors with a natural flow but not just one color in different shades.

This map represents the different activities that one can make in the 15 biggest French cities. Therefore a symbol representing each city would have to be placed (example: 'Eiffel Tower'for Paris, 'Military Boat' for Le Havre, 'Promenade des Anglais' for Nice etc). The name of the symbols/miniatures will be provided, but these symbols/miniatures could be a picture or a drawing.

This map needs to be interactive and therefore when clicking on the symbol/miniature representing each city, bubbles would appear, all at the same time. 4 bubbles should appear one for each of the top three activities and another one for 'other activities'. All the description that goes in the bubbles will be provided.

We are looking for top design but this being an interactive map we need someone that is able to do it from start to finish from design to the back end coding.
