Design details: I have stats/data on Introduce a Woman to Engineering day, that needs to be put into an infographic format.
I will supply the data and wording - just needs to look professional and interesting for readers.
Target audience: HR professionals, Recruiters, Engineers
Ideas for the visual style: I can provide examples
Things to avoid: Anything that looks dated. Cartoons.
Preferred colors: Will be provided in line with our brand guidelines
Where the design will be used: Social media and a website landing page
Extra notes: Here are the stats for the graphic. References will need to be inlcuded in smallprint at the bottom of the infographic.

• Lack of female engineering roles
• Fewer technical problem solving opportunities compared to men
• Research at Stanford Uni shows women perform as well as men, but are more likely to switch major.
• Stereotype that engineering links to masculinity
• Largely missing out on women’s intelligence, creativity and values in problem solving.
• Lockheed Martin are working directly with schools to help infuse exciting STEM curriculum into the classroom.
