Infographic + data research

We are doing a monthly infographic like the one in attachment, where we chose a country, research the sets of data you can see in the document in attachment and produce it.
There are 3 things we would like to ask:
1. can you refresh the looks of this infographic that we then replicate (using different colour schemes and icons) for different countries?
2. As you can see, we usually create a long png but it would be much better to have a PDF document with 3-4-5 pages, depending on the length
3. and probably most important: would you be able to research the data (for the country we would call out) and then create the infographic?
