Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
Design details: PROJECT SUMMARY
We have a £150 budget for an infographic explaining:
A) What peer-to-peer lending is and what our company, 4thWay (http://www.4thway.co.uk/), does in that industry, and;
B) Where peer-to-peer lending fits on the risk-reward scale compared to savings accounts, buying your own home and investing in the stock market. Part B of the infographic then needs to link the idea back to 4thWay again.
Although the infographic is personal finance related, I think there are a lot of opportunities for some very creative and engaging artwork on this project.
IN BRIEF
Peer-to-peer lending is a new form of investment that's also called social lending, democratic lending or crowdlending.
You, me and other ordinary people can lend our money to other people, or to businesses, through peer-to-peer lending websites. Those websites check out borrowers on our behalf to make sure they're likely to repay us. After we lend our money, those borrowers repay us, plus interest.
4thWay is NOT a peer-to-peer lending website. 4thWay is a peer-to-peer lending COMPARISON and risk ratings website. So we compare the different peer-to-peer lending websites so that people who want to lend their money can better compare the risks, the interest rates, the costs and other features.
Important! 4thWay just compares on behalf of individual people lending money. We do not compare on behalf of people who want to borrow money.
CRITERIA FOR APPLYING
*Samples and references from individual freelancers*
I need to see at least one sample of a great infographic you've come up with.
I'll need references for those same jobs, with the name, title and telephone number of the person you did it for.
*Samples and references from agencies*
If you're an agency, I'll need to see at least one infographic designed and produced by the individual who you have allocated to doing our work. I will need you to put a name that individual and I will need to be able to talk to that artist myself before and during the project.
I'll need references for those same jobs, with the name, title and telephone number of the person you did it for. Those referees must be able to confirm that the artist you have allocated to me did the infographic.
*Important!* For more information and sample infographics, please go to this page: http://www.4thway.co.uk/?p=4721
*Very important!* I have put a codeword on that same web page for you to include in the first line of your response to this ad, so that I know you’re not one of those design agencies that just spam-respond to all vaguely relevant job ads.
