Infographic

I have to make a presentation for a meeting and I need an Infographic to explain the functional responsibilities of the CIO position, based on the attached PDF. If you need the Word version to copy the content, I can send that too. Please send some samples you've done before and I can probably pick one that will work for me, or at least get close to what I want for the design.
