Information for the business: We have a Paleo diet website and blog

Design details: Hi, I am looking for someone to be able to design a simple but effective info graphic to use on my website. The info graphic will be for advertising one of my eBooks which relates to the Paleo diet and provides a 12 week programme. It will be placed in the side bar on various pages on my website and also used in social media so it needs to be able to grab people's attention and give them an idea of what the product is but without being too complicated or requiring too much thought to determine what product is on offer.
Target audience: The audience is generally more female orientated with an age range of 18 - 45 on average.
Ideas for the visual style: Eye catching and inviting - getting the point across in an effective way
Things to avoid: Nothing too over complicated
