Inexpensive Fast Web Graphic Designer for low hourly rate - later fixed price

I need a fast and talented graphics designer who can create graphics similar to the ones shown on http://smarterdatafeeds.com/.

Our budget is tight but if I can find someone who, over time, can quickly understand what I want and can inexpensively provide graphics, I would want to use this person as much as possible. For example, for (nearly) every blog post on the 4 blogs I am building.

Note I expect that we will start working on an hourly basis but as it becomes clear between the 2 of us how much images are likely to cost, I'll be happy to move to a quoted price/image which will give you the incentive to work efficiently and quickly

Blogs are but one potential application of graphics - another one I have in mind is in creating a Udemy Course
