In need of Children's illustrator/Cartoonist for my children's book

Looking for an illustrator to bring my childrens book to life!
I need around 10 full spread pages for my children's book about two boys playing outdoors and letting there imagination run wild, with interesting and fun scenes, aimed at young children.
Would like fairly detailed style drawing with the ability to capture facial details well. Open to both traditional and digital drawings. Someone who does African artwork would be a plus, but not essential.
Also some images of the main characters with various facial images and action drawing for the purposes of social media and marketing (with blank backgrounds).
I have provided a background style i like and children illustration, as well as my very badly sketched layout of the front cover.
It would be great to see some artwork or portfolio, as well as a small basic sketch of your ability to fit the brief.
