Image to vector illustrator

Hello, ♦♦♦NEED ASAP, WITHIN 15-20 Hours♦♦♦♦
I need to hire someone to trace the attached image and convert it into vector in illustrator. The final project file should show up every details of this factory: tower, pipes, lines, piles, ..etc. final image should be colored transparent (no background). just work on the factory unit image (no need background or trees or anything else.)
