Illustrator/animator

I would like to create an illustration/animation for a website, the website is about an e-learning product, we have a script and we would like to build some animation/illustration around some of the topics, we will then add voiceover to the illustration/animation.

We require an experienced illustrator who has fresh ideas and is able to work quickly as we would require the work within 1 week of start date.
