Illustrative representation of house from Architects drawings

Hi, I am looking for someone who can take architects drawings and photos of the existing house and create a sexy front facade illustration to feature on websites to sell my home. The illustration required is the main facade but depending on the price might commision two sides. I can provide photos of the site and description and architects drawings and am looking for someone who can make the house 'real' for the potential buyers to see how could look when completed. It will be used on sales websites and possibly on an agents poster board beside existing house. I cannot send drawings through PPH because are over 5mb.
