Illustrations of maps from google maps

Design details: Hello
I am looking for a illustrator to draw some maps in Illustrator from google maps or a normal map that I will probably be sending you (please see attached examples). The work consists in tracing the roads, canals if any, pavement, green area and just basic shapes for the buildings).

There will be about 4 maps and the scale is very small, basically a couple of round about, a high street with some adjacent streets and the space between two parks (the final maps will be sent to the person who gets the job). So, not a lot of tracing in each map, just similar as the example.

The different elements need to be delivered in nicely named layers. I am not looking for a huge amount of detail as the focus of this work is on the roads. I am a designer myself and have done this type of work and I believe the maps can be done in one day by someone really good with illustrator.

Please send me samples of your work that is relevant to urban graphics or similar but not other images that are totally different. I look forward to your proposals.
