Illustrations Needed

Hello,

I am looking for a talented artist to illustrate some design elements for me.

I need 3 full Sets of 'Illuminated Book' type of elements/ templates that will be incorporated into Feature articles that I will write on a website. So think of the old school illuminated manuscripts for the aesthetic i am going for. But obviously we would need to customize characters/elements that are relevant to my subject matter.. These would need to be in color as well. Also it would be ideal if I can interchange the 'templates' in photoshop to create new element templates.

I will also need 2 Illustration frames, that will be used on a particular section of a website framing satire type of artwork/portraits.
