Illustrations for a book

Hi, I am in the process of completing a short book about leadership reflections (see attached). There are 80 reflections and would like to have 30 illustrations that directly link to a particular reflection. For example, 'overcoming fear' - perhaps a simple illustration of someone standing in front of an audience who is nervous. I am happy for you to choose.

I am looking for simple designs only. I like the artwork by Charlie Mackesy's found in his book 'The Boy, the mole, the fox and the Horse'. This gives you an idea.

I have attached a draft of the book as this will give you some context to each reflection.
