Illustration of a black and white home page game or mobile - Digitally

Design details: I have attached a sketch of what i want. I will need it to be done digitally with seperate layers in a photoshop file so that i can create an animation from it after. I have the photoshop file of the eyes that i have already made all i need is for them to be duplicated (one must be mirrored) and be placed ontop of a phone that is shining light. This will mean that you will have to change some of the shading so that the light source is coming from the bottom (from under the chin). There should be some very slight shading on the face but very little, so maybe on the tip of the nose and check bones only. The eyes that i have already drawn are the main focus of the drawing so some touch ups may be needed before you start. The reflection of the iris should also change to be coming from the phone.

The background will contain spooky eyes. The name of the game will be placed in the middle spanning from left to right across the light, it will be white in the dark areas and black in the light areas.
