Illustration for a leaflet

We are looking for a coloured illustration to be produced similar to the attached image which has landmarks of Hackney in it. the next illustration will have characters in the foreground more like the second image which has the people with speech bubbles. The image will show a street with houses, but will have the angel tube station in the foreground and the Emirates Stadium in the back ground as landmarks. there will be a van and the 2 people in the foreground. I will send more images later, I am limited to 3 uploads below. Essentially this is a new version of the Hackney leaflet below, which we are doing for a different area of London
