Illustration enhancement of renderings

We are searching for someone to spice up our renderings a bit.
Currently we are producing realistic renderings of playgrounds but we have recently felt that this style does not always suit our needs.
We would provide naturalistic renderings which we would like to see redrawn in a more sketchy and illustration-like style. Maybe watercolor with black inking? A certain attention to the details of the playground equipment would be necessary. Tracing most of the structures would be perfectly fine.

The first project would be just his one image to evaluate if this is something that might help us.
