Illustration 2D flat design

Information for the business: We sell HR solutions to improve the communication between HR and employees
Industry: Business
Design details: I want the illustration to show that the communication between Human Ressources and employees is complicated.

The idea is two characters, each on one cliff separated by a big gap (see attachment files).
We can clearly see that one of the characters is an employee and the other one is a HR. The employee is trying to speak to the HR using a megaphone but he doesn't even hear him (not that he doesn't want to, he just can't), the HR is facing the other way, maybe on the phone. A side view 2D town on the background can be great too.

The illustration will be used on a .pdf white paper cover with a very dark background (#082B2B) so feel free to use lower opacity for background elements.

One key point is to respect our existing illustration style, 2D flat design (see the purple box illustration attachment).

The source illustrator file is needed as a result.
