Illustrated Wine Labels

Estimated duration: Completed by Beginning of October
Description: Our company produces personalised wines for consumers to buy as gifts. We will sell online to the general UK public as well as to Brides to be for the wedding market. Customers will be able to choose from a library of labels of all styles (to appeal to people of all ages and backgrounds), personalise the text on the label, and choose the wine they would like to receive it on.

Our target market is 25-50yo, both men and women

Budget: £25 per label (we need several, so you can propose more than 1 to us - we are open to ideas / quotes)

Timescale: Completion by September 30th.

Style: We're looking for various styles: Modern, Elegant, Cool, Classic, Artistic, Beautiful etc

We are looking for Christmas / New Year themed labels + ones that are suitable for all occasions. We mainly need ones that are more suitable for gifts for men, but we're still open to ideas that are more suitable for women.

Requirements for all Label Designs
 Label size must be 4x3 inches.
 Portrait display preferred, with a few landscape.
 Image must be RGB
 Files must be produced using Photoshop (or Illustrator).
 Fonts must be free for business use
 Please place sample text on the label with your chosen font (eg. Happy New Year Dad, Cheers to 2014")
 Grape Variety and Vintage must be on each design - use sample text "Chardonnay 2012" - this is not a focal point of the label but a legal requirement, so it can be small.
 Legal Req's - exclusive to us with full licence and usage rights.


Working Process

1. Rough design sent through to us
2. Selected designs will then be sent back to designer for development
3. Designers sends developed labels for review
4. Any necessary amendments are made
5. Repeat of steps 3 & 4 if necessary
6. Sign off on labels
7. Designer emails: - design files in 3 formats - .psd (or .ai)
