Overview Design Brief:
• To create three illustrated activity scenes, to reflect some of the key services Link Communication undertakes.
• Individual illustrations that can be merged together to form a die cut, 6 page, A5 landscape flyer (three per side).
• Flyer to have a die cut top edge, to give a unique shape, reflective of the top skyline of the illustrations.
• Unfolded shape to be approximately semi-circular, so left and right pages to be lower than the middle page.

Extra notes: ACTIVITY SCENE 1 – INSIDE LEFT:
EXPERIENTIAL SAMPLING IN FRONT OF A SUPERMARKET
• Airstream catering trailer with serving hatch and partial graphics, set up close to supermarket entrance.
• Branded gazebo tent, with graphics, sited close to the Airstream, for shoppers to stand underneath.
• Interested shoppers, mainly mums, some with children who are all tasting samples, some taking selfies.
• Uniformed brand ambassadors, 1 x serving, 1 x roaming offering samples and leaflets, 1 x pointing at sales stock.
• Free standing product display FSDU with sales stock in store foyer, with promo pricing and customers reaching in.
• Other display items inc: 2 X A boards, 2 X sail flags and 2 x A4 sized table display cards (with branding/graphics)
• Shoppers some with empty trolleys taking samples, some with full trolleys with product in it giving thumbs up.
• Supermarket building back drop with generic store signage like ‘Flagship Supermarket’
• Product promoted on something like a cereal bar, divided up into pieces, and displayed whole by samples.
• All items branded where relevant / possible with the food company logo.
ACTIVITY SCENE 2 – INSIDE MIDDLE:
LEAFLETING TEAMS OUTSIDE OF A TRAIN STATION
• Team of six promotional staff in matching uniforms handing out leaflets and interacting with commuters/shoppers.
• Three of the six leafleting staff are equipped with iPads and are also interacting with people on them.
• The back drop is a busy pedestrianised street, lined with a train station, high street retail chains and university.
• Lots of people: some with leaflets walking away, some without walking towards, some being interacted with.
• Broad mix of people types: some in suits leaving the station, some causal shoppers, some students at uni, etc.
• Leaflets show reference to seasonal sales deals for a high street retailer, with discount voucher showing.
• All items branded where relevant / possible with the retailer company logo.
ACTIVITY SCENE 3 – INSIDE RIGHT:
PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION EVENT AREA ON A HIGH STREET
• Creation of a stylish branded dome tent with graphics, with interactive product displays and people interacting
• Product display plinths located under the dome tent, with hands on interaction and demonstrations happening.
• Activity based on a headphone manufacturer, with each plinth displaying some headphones an iPad.
• Fun interactive photo selfie and social media sharing area, with people taking photos with a DJ booth backdrop.
• A sales till with products on display and people making purchases, queuing up to buy product.
• Lots of interactions happening with the demo display plinths, the photo selfie area and sales till.
• Backdrop to be on the high street in front of a large generic technology retailer and department store.
• Some customers are directed into the two stores, some coming out holding shopping bags with the branding on.
• All items branded where relevant / possible with the headphone company logo.
