I needed a graphic designer to do a very simple task of copying

I needed someone to copy the format of the attached sheet except, with a different map. This will probably be a 10 minute job for an expert.
Instead of the countries in the attached sheet, it should include the following countries:
Mali,
Niger,
Burkina Faso,
Benin,
Togo,
Ghana
Cote D'ivoire.

You should copy the format of the attachment named "copy this". I have attempted to do it and have attached my attempt as well to give you an idea of a similar idea of what I'm looking for.
