I need to get a visual created

We require a visual creating that will be used to illustrate a framework. We have seen an image we would like to use but adapted to include five words that the visual needs to include. The visual is to be used in a business environment but we would like a contemporary and vibrant style.
We can send over a picture of the image we would like recreating to use as a basis, and then the five words that need incorporating into this image. We need this completed by 3pm tomorrow (Friday 24th) if possible. We need the final image in a variety of file formats for use online and for large scale printing. Thank you.
