I need to create a top quality sales quotation for future clients

Design details: I need to visit clients in their homes, collect images, floor plans and client information and create a good quality sales quotation from the information collected.

I need to be able to create each quotation as quickly and as easy as possible 20-30mins for each quotation

I have an example of what a completed quotation should look something like and can forward that as well if required, I also have adobe CS5 which can be used

I've put £100 as a budget but will pay up to £250 for a decent procedure

This needs to cover the cost of a simple logo design as well

I'd prefer any proposals to come with a rough proposed layout and anything I will need to learn prior to creating a quote
