I need to combine various graphic elements to create an A3 size design for fabric

We are a small fashion company and have designed patches to go on straw bags. We would like to use watercolours of these patches, combined with other watercolour elements to create an A3 image (or 40cm by 30cm) that can be printed onto fabric which will be made into a cushion cover. We need someone who has illustrator skills and who will combine these with design flair to produce a complete image. Ideally the leopard will be mirrored so that the tails are next to each other.
