I need someone to fix some Pitstop pre-flight errors in a PDF.

Design details: I have a PDF of a book manuscript, from an original document in Word 2013. It's 178 pages and includes about 24 colour photos and 12 black-and-white/grayscale.

The printer requires that it be submitted to them via their installation of Pitstop, but it the PDF has failed the Pre-Flight stage.

I need the errors to be fixed in the PDF so that iut passes the pre-flight checks and . I can supply the original word document, the PDF and also the Pitstop report (as a PDF).

I've copied the messages from the Pitstop report below. It's urgent so I need it doing quickly.

Image contains areas with an ink coverage more than 310% [applies to all images]
Document uses 0 seperations, should be equal to 1. Those 0 separations are: [nothing shown]
Resolution of colour or grayscale image is less than 250 dpi.
Font ArialMT, Arial-ItalicMT is not embedded

1 non-critical failure:
Could not embed Font ArialMT, Arial-ItalicMT:Could not find True Type version.

21 Warnings:
Font PalatinoLinotype-Roman, Canbria-Bold, Calibri, Cambria, PalatinoLinotype-Bold,PalatinoLinotype-Italic is a composite font

6 Fixes:
Converted color to Device CMYK color space.
Changed page box layout conform the press layout specifications.
Remapped Device grayscale color space to Separation color space, keeping overprint.
Removed object compression.
Changed black text to overprint.
Compressed objects using ZIP compression.
