I need someone to create a scaleable graphic for my website.

I am a start-up business called BidConnecter. I have a simple logo that I'm happy with - see the example uploaded. It uses a ligature between two characters. This is easy to recreate in Word but other applications like PowerPoint don't support ligatures. I need a scaleable graphic I can use in a variety of applications including my website and PowerPoint presentations. I assume an SVG vector graphic would suffice. At the moment I am rescaling .png files and the edges of the characters are not sharp. The result I am looking for is my logo with sharp edges even when the logo is large. It also needs to transparent background so it is easier to use in different places - web, presentations, document templates, etc. Can anyone help?
