I need some image files converted into various formats

Design details: I need someone to just convert image files into various formats.

I already have the designs ready, some in jpg and some in word. I would like these in the following formats:

1. ai
2. cdr
3. jpg
4. png
5. pdf
6. psd

Each file needs to be sent in a separate zip file.

I have a maximum of 8 files that need to be converted.
