I need some floor plans copied

I require a designer to copy my neighbours floorplans and designs to be reused on my house so I may submit them to planning. There are a few things which need to be adapted, for example the back door will be a single not double 'french doors at the back. It is the upstairs extension we are doing so will need to copy that. I do not want any writing on the drawings as I will do this myself
