I need help with illustrating a single image

Hi,

I'm wondering if someone could provide me with an illustration. A photo that dipicts on one side a life with no alcohol and on the other a life that does.

Similar to a heaven and hell, heaven on the right of the image and hell on the left.

I've attached an animation, I would like it to be similar to this.
