I need Design of Upgrade Packages delivered html

Design details: Our website gives Sellers the ability to upgrade. We have a table of upgrade Packages outlined in Excel. We need design for these Upgrade Packages on one page with Buy Now buttons for each Package. Seller can then add optional extras to upgrade Package selected. So process can be - Seller first choose Upgrade package - then Seller can add additional Option / Options - to selected package in Cart to Check out? The options could be on a next page before check out. Client to first approve .psd design
