I need an infographic produced for a legal firm specialising in property sales

Design details: The legal company I represent has for many years been the best performing solicitor estate agent in and around Edinburgh, the Scottish capital. While it no longer lists more properties for sale than other, it still sells more - with the best listing:sales ratio.
It wants to produce an easy-to-understand, two-tier type infographic which:

ONE - showcases the succesful listing:sales ratio in a clear, easy to understand visual way and

TWO - Explains exactly how it achieves those listing:sales figures by:
* Producing superior quality brochures
* Enabling a property to be advertised/promoted by the greatest possible number of property portals
* Providing access to the ESPC, a solicitors-only guide which is by far the most effective way of selling properties in the area
* The experience and expertise of the sales negotiators
* The flexible and user friendly opening hours etc
