I need an illustrator / artist to help recreate some old photos in a drawn style

Design details: We are in the process of recreating a large amount of assets from reference photographs supplied by our client for a motion graphic animation we are producing. We need some external help to ensure there are no delays to this project.

What we need is someone to take a photograph, trace it in a charcoal style outline and colour it in with subtle muted tones in a painted style. We have created a lot of the assets so far, so there is plenty of reference material for you to copy the style we require.

Based on the samples attached I would like someone to give me a price per picture and also references to your own work that you deem similar to this.
