I need an illustrated location map for our contact us page

Description: We would like a location map produced for our website to make it really easy for customers to find our showroom, using landmarks such as major local stores as points of interest. Perhaps using the store logos to make them instantly recognisable. Some nearby stores we would like marked on the map are:

PC World
Currys
Toys'r'us
Sainsbury's
Ikea


Also, the map needs to show our logo and a road into the trade park where we are located, as it doesn’t look like you can drive in there on Google Maps. Our location is as per this link:
