I need a visual impact illustration of the effect of myotonic dystrophy on the body

I have a website blog for myotonic dystrophy www.myotonicdystrophy.com which describes this complex disease. There are a couple of visual figures on the general section and the congenital myotonic dystrophy that need updating. I am also looking for an overall visual illustration that would give a better impact of the disease on the individual, family and society. As this is for a non-profit endeavor I do not have a big budget for this. However, this will help with the understanding of this disease to the many that are affected. Need some creativity to help to show the impacts. So overall I need

1. Update of the illustration on the general section so it looks more professional
2. Update of the illustration on the congential myotonic dystrophy section so it looks more professional
3. An overall illustration showing th eimpact of disease on individual, families and society.
