Are you wanting to keep all the things going on behind the main window eg family planning, Pharmacy etc? Are you happy for it to be slightly different to the original (as well as the parts you'd like to swap) eg window slightly different, positioning of things & colours, the helicopter slightly different etc.. So you don't get into any issues with 'copying' the copyrighted image. Also there is quite alot of work involved to draw all as vector have you flexibility in your budget?
