I need a sketch and logo completed

Hello, I've recently planned to start a jewellery company and would like some guidance and assistance on creating realistic images/designs/graphics/ of my jewellery pieces too show to my future designer. It would be a pleasure to sit down and discuss possible ideas about features of my designs and have a real-life copy completed.
Since I am absolutely horrible at drawing, I would like to physically meet with you to guide what you can sketch for me. I'd like you to create a few jewellery pieces of mine and get the most realistic look of them possible too hopefully transform it into a real-life selling product.
Additionally, I would also love for the logo I have designed and attached below to be professionally sketched/designed and printed out as an A4 copy. I have a sample copy of a rough sketch (attached) and need it too look realistic and professional. As seen on the logo, there is a finger with a nail representing the "I" in "rigo", and I would prefer the finger to be recreated more realistically and 3D, with the ring attached below to be worn on the finger. Furthermore could the finger please be a little more vertical compared to the drawing. The actual colour of the fingernail is still undecided - although I have used pink in my sketch. (i was thinking maybe white or natural without nail polish)
