I need a simple graphic made for our webpage

We are a tie company and need a simple graphic made. check the attached document to help understand description. The top row of 5 ties will need to have one be black, one red, one blue spotted, one sold navy blue, and one light and dark green stripes. The bottom set of 60 ties will need to have the same 5 ties as above but in addition they need to have 55 different and creative yet professional looking mini tie designs. The image provide does not have to be the tie image that will be used but a professional looking and creative image is essential.Also everything must be straight and centred of course.
