I need a simple business style Bar Graph created

Industry: Business
Design details: The above table should be created so that the Institutions along the bottom (Barnet & Enfield etc) are on the left hand side.
The services (in colour) be created from them and flow across the page from left to right, Essentially turning this spectrum graph into a more conventional bar graph.
The graph should be created on Microsoft Office and should be editable.
The font should be Calibri 10 if possible. The words will then stretch across the horizontal bar graphs instead of vertically.
The graphic can be changed on your interpretation for a more dynamic, cleaner colour scheme, ideally using a clearly identifiable but blended colour spectrum.
Graph can become bigger in size, but must fit onto a portrait A4 sheet with space either side for margins

Max price £15 as I imagine this will be a 10 minute job and all data is provided
Target audience: Tender evaluation
Ideas for the visual style: Simple, Microsoft Office is fine
Things to avoid: Words that are unclear to read
