I need a png file modified and a ico image for browser tab

Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Design details: I need two things done
1) I need the attached image modified. the hamburger needs to be removed and replaced with a sandwich. The resulting image needs to be exactly the same size/color as the original image. It needs to fit where the original logo used to be.
2) I need a ico file which will be the sandwich from item 1 above. this ico file will be used as the icon for browser tabs (i,e explorer, firefox, chrome)
Ideas for the visual style: I have attached an image
