I need a photoshop expert to extend banner

My current banner needs more height in order to fit better in the iPad viewport. The problem is that I cannot add more height to the the image myself so I need a photoshop expert that can extend the current banner image in height. See the attached file and you will see that it needs more height.

Since I don't want to add a black/white bar to extend the banner height, I need you to extend the banner at the bottom with the water in some way that it will not be notable that we have extend the water.

I need this asap!
