I need a map re-designed

We are a resort company that owns a property called "Castle Mountain Chalets." We have an old map that needs to be re-designed, in colour. We are simply trying to make the maps look more visually appealing. We have used People Per Hour to re-design another map and we will attach the before and after document of that map to give designers an idea of what we are looking for.

I have the old map attached in a JPG form (the map that is all white), but I will send you the regular document to edit once the job is granted. We also would like to add our logo (just how it is added in our other map) and our address:
